Health Condition Check
It’s a great idea to do a simple health condition check on yourself at least once a year. If one has a symptom, you definitely want to take action and get rid of it as soon as possible. Your health problem will not just go away! Please Take action! My advice is to try a few things first on your own if your problem/symptom is less than one week old and not debilitating. If it is longer you might want to get checked out immediately. Below is a quick checklist of symptoms. I am also including a liver questionnaire. Our liver has hundreds of functions the main one being to detoxify the body of toxins from foods, air and personal care products, drugs and more!
Please always remember to seek professional guidance of an experienced health practitioner!

Liver Health Tips
- Eat raw health fats! Details
- Avoid trans fats – heated oils, cooked fats Details
- Eat the proper amounts of fats Details
- Process your anger! Negative Emotions related to liver that suppress liver/gallbladder including bile output and other liver functions are chronic anger, resentment, helplessness, being too passive, rage, irritability, hostility, bitterness, fear
- Positive Liver Emotions:
Love overcomes anger, responsibility, being proud, assertive, transformation, happiness - Foods to cleanse and strengthen the liver:
Apples, carrots, beets, root vegetables, greens especially dandelion, red
peppers, tomatoes (ripe seasonal) cherries, yellow fruits and veggies! - Foods to avoid:
Sugar, alcohol, processed chocolate (raw chocolate cacao beans are excellent), trans fats (see above)
A great mini cleanse for the liver would be to avoid overeating, eating plenty of raw fruits and veggies and avoiding any fats for 3-14 days at a time every season! Drink plenty of green juices with celery, dandelion and apples with a squeeze of lemon or lime. Spirulina can be added to the juice as well. The herb, Milk Thistle can help to slowly rebuild the liver. I also recommend the herb Chanca Piedra, an amazing herb that eliminates kidney and gall stones within 30 days (available at the Big Carrot or Forever Healthy). Consume for three months and then take at least a one month break and then resume again. Eighteen months on this rotation with good quality milk thistle can greatly help rebuild the liver. The liver is able to regenerate 90% of its function within 18 months, provided of course you eat healthy!
