Uses and How To Tell A Quality Coconut Oil
SKINCARE – Raw Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
It prevents destructive free-radical formation.
It can help to keep the skin from developing liver spots and other blemishes caused by aging and over exposure to sunlight.
It helps to prevent sagging and wrinkling by keeping connective tissues strong and supple.
Can even restore damaged or diseased skin. The oil is absorbed into the skin and into the cell structure of the connective tissues, limiting the damage excessive sun exposure can cause.
It can help bring back a youthful appearance. Coconut oil will aid in removing the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin smoother. The skin will become more evenly textured with a healthy “shine”. Raw coconut oil will penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and strengthen the underlying tissues.
Recipes Ideas

Compare to Other Brands
India Oil – Kosher and Certified Organic. Centrifuge Extraction.
Philippine Oil – Certified Organic. Fermented. Coconut milk. Sits for 17 hours. Separates in layers of whey, oil, water – while mildly fermenting which increases beneficial bacteria.
Garden of Life , Tropical Traditions and Omega’s coconut oils are heated possibly up to 180F! Therefore they are NOT raw. Have virtually no coconut fresh smell compared to Wilderness Coconut Oil Products.
Avoid coconut oil that has no smell! It’s Deodorized. It means that it has been high temperature processed, bleached… Therefore most of its amazing beneficial properties are lacking.
