AVOID GMO & HYBRID FOODS!

by Wayne Gendel

GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) Foods List

GMO soybeans and corn make up the largest portion of genetically engineered crops. When looking at a product label, if any of the following ingredients are listed there’s a good chance it has come from GMO corn or soy (unless it’s listed as organic)

Its estimated that 70%* of packaged foods may contain GMO soy or corn derivatives (or GMO vegetable oil). Interesting that word pack-aged! If its in a pack, how long has it aging? Aged old food is usually dead food! Little or NO Life Force! Try to Eat more fresh fruits and veggies! Some of these GMO products include:

PRODUCE STICKERS

The stickers on fruit and vegetables contain different PLU codes and reveal if they are conventionally grown, organically grown or genetically engineered.
The PLU code for conventionally grown fruit consists of four numbers, organically grown fruit 5 numbers prefaced by the number 9, and GM fruit five numbers prefaced by the number 8. I like to remember it with this rhyme; 8 ‘s we hate, 9’s are DEVINE!

  • Conventionally grown PLU 1022
  • Organically grown PLU 91022
  • Genetically modified PLU 81022

HYBRIDS

Avoid hybrid fruits which have been altered by humans. A fruit is technically defined as a having a seed/s. Hybrids are usually easily identified as fruit that is seedless. (seedless watermelon, seedless grapes, etc.) Hybrid fruits contain more sugar which stresses our pancreas more than regular fruits and has less nutrition than seeded unaltered varieties. Although there are also seeded hybrid varieties such as some tomatoes, avoiding seedless fruits is one of the more prominent ways to avoid hybrid fruits and get more nutrition and less stress on our pancreases!

* One of the worst disasters regarding GMO food, was a genetically modified amino acid, L-tryptophan. In 1989 a Japanese company was to blame for at least 37 deaths and 1,500 people who were seriously injured. Please remember, Man cannot make a synthetic apple! Synthetically derived copies of natural substances virtually always has negative side effects!

This is why my motto will help give you the edge in staying more healthy! “Eat 80%-100% Whole Organic Pure Fresh Ripe Raw Plant Foods!” After years and years of research, I have concluded that up to 20% of ones diet can be from fresh cooked grains or vegetables or quality proteins. But please try to avoid fried, most pre -packaged, preserved foods, GMO or hybridized foods! to Live Forever Healthy!
